Lance Burra – Robinson
Lance graduated from the University of Western Australia with a double major in law and politics and has practiced exclusively in family law for over 10 years.
Lance has experience in all areas of family law including property, children and financial matters. Lance is a registered Independent Children’s Lawyer and has represented clients in various courts in Western Australia.
Outside of the office, Lance is a husband and father and enjoys rugby and red wine.
Since her days at Durham University, Faiza has been passionate about family law and has focused her legal practice in this field for over 10 years.
Having undertaken training as an accredited mediator, Faiza is able to offer her clients practical solutions to resolve their matters outside the courtroom. She has a strong track record of representing clients through mediation and dispute resolution conferences to successful settlements.
Faiza prides herself of achieving the best possible result for her clients, helping them get through an often emotionally difficult time with a sense of dignity and direction by providing clear and comprehensive advice.
In the courtroom, Faiza has represented a cross section of clients through a range of family law matters.
Faiza also heads the firm’s Wills, Estate Planning and Probate practice.
Dragana graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws in January 2017 and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in October 2017. Dragana also holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and a Certificate of Legal Business Skills.
Dragana commenced her employment with HBR Family Lawyers in April 2019. Prior to joining HBR Family Lawyers, Dragana worked at a large legal firm where she gained significant experience in complex financial and children’s matters.
Dragana practices in all areas of family law and has a strong interest in complex financial matters.
Dragana is a member of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of Western Australia, Law Society of Western Australia, Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, and Women Lawyers of Western Australia.
